Welcome to Revitalise Clinical Massage Therapy (“we,” “us,” “our”).
By booking a treatment, using our website, or engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. General Information

Revitalise Clinical Massage Therapy provides professional massage therapy  in Telford, UK.
Our treatments are designed for relaxation, pain relief, and overall wellbeing, but they are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

If you have any medical concerns, please consult your GP or a qualified healthcare provider before booking a massage.

2. Appointments and Bookings

  • Appointments can be made via sending a message through our website, by phone, or by email.
  • You will receive a confirmation once your booking has been accepted.
  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late, your session may be shortened to avoid affecting the next client’s booking.

3. Comfort and Respect

At the start of your session, a brief consultation will take place to discuss your goals, preferences, and any areas of concern. This time is included in your session.

Your comfort is important throughout the session. Please communicate openly if:

  • You experience any pain or discomfort
  • The pressure, temperature, or position needs adjusting
  • You wish to modify or stop the treatment

All treatments are conducted in a professional and respectful manner, in accordance with the professional standards of the massage therapy industry.

You may end the session at any time, and your therapist reserves the same right if treatment is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.


Please switch off or silence your mobile phone to maintain a calm environment.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% charge of the treatment fee.
  • Missed appointments without notice (“no-shows”) will be charged in full.
  • You can reschedule or cancel by phone, text/WhatsApp, or email.
  • If you are running more than 15 minutes late, your session may need to be rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients.

5. Payments

  • Payment is accepted via cash or online transfer.
  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes.
  • Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.

6. Health and Safety

  • You will be asked to complete a confidential health intake form before your first session.
  • It is your responsibility to inform your therapist of any injuries, medical conditions, allergies, or changes in your health.
  • The therapist reserves the right to decline or postpone treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
  • It is important that you inform me of any significant past or present medical or psychological conditions as these may affect your suitability for treatment. If you are unsure or have any concerns you should seek advice from your GP or consultant. If you book further sessions you must mention any significant health issues that arise, especially if you know or the possibility exists that you may be pregnant or have any contagious or infectious condition. Please do not attend sessions while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

7. Conduct and Professional Boundaries

  • Revitalise Clinical Massage Therapy operates under strict professional and ethical standards.
  • Any inappropriate behaviour, comments, or conduct will result in immediate termination of the session and may lead to refusal of future bookings.
  • Clients are expected to maintain good personal hygiene and respect the therapist’s professional boundaries.

8. Liability Disclaimer

While every effort is made to ensure a safe and beneficial treatment, Revitalise Clinical Massage Therapy cannot accept liability for:

  • Any pre-existing conditions or injuries not disclosed before treatment.
  • Any adverse reactions arising from undisclosed medical issues or aftercare not followed.
  • Any loss or damage to personal property during your visit.

9. Client Agreement

By receiving massage therapy at Revitalise Clinical Massage Therapy, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Massage therapists do not diagnose or treat medical conditions, prescribe medication, or perform joint manipulation.
  • Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care. It is recommended that you consult your GP or healthcare professional for any medical concerns.
  • It is your choice to receive massage therapy as a form of therapeutic care.
  • Treatments are designed to address the care and prevention of myofascial pain and dysfunction, as well as to promote relaxation and wellbeing.
  • You must immediately inform your therapist if you experience any pain, discomfort, or wish to adjust pressure or technique during the session.
  • You confirm that you have disclosed all relevant medical conditions, injuries, and medications, and will update your therapist if your health status changes.
  • Failure to disclose relevant health information may pose a risk to your wellbeing. You agree to hold harmless Revitalise Clinical Massage Therapy and its practitioners from any liability arising from such omission.

By proceeding with a booking or signing electronically, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of the above policies and client agreement.

10. Home Visit Requirements

For home visit treatments, you agree to prepare a suitable environment to ensure a safe and effective session. Please ensure the following:

  • Space: A minimum clear area of 2m x 3m for the massage table and for the therapist to move around safely.
  • Towels: Please prepare two clean towels to cover yourself during the treatment.
  • Room Temperature: Ensure the room is warm, comfortable, and ready prior to the therapist’s arrival.
  • Pets: Pets are welcome in the home but must be kept from interrupting or climbing on the table during the session.
  • Accessibility: Please ensure easy, safe access into the home for carrying equipment.

If the environment is unsuitable for safe practice, the therapist may decline or shorten the session.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
